Ko King Tjoen [Diary of Me] Part I Juli 04, 2017 Unknown 4 Comments Haloooooo, aku mau cerita nih tentang pengalaman aku berperang dengan jerawat. Jadi sejak aku lepas dari skin care yang rutin banget aku lakuin setiap bulan, aku memulai dengan menggunakan produk-produk yang dijual di minimarket, dan ternyataaaaaaaaa aku gak cocok makkkkkkkk 😭😭. Akhirnya dari sana mukaku yang mulus banget berubah drastis jadi ancur parahhhhhhh, mungkin klo jerawatnya bisa ngomong, dia bakal ngomong "kok nih muka gak ada spacenya lagi sih siss, buat berkembang-biak" wkwkw. Akhirnya dari sana aku mulai hunting Dokter Kulit yang bagus, aku kasih tau alasannya yaaa, kenapa harus dokter kulit? karena menurut aku, mereka gak bakal nyodorin berbagai macam racikan obat yang ngebuat kita ketergantungan, dan mereka juga kebanyakan ngasih kita resep yang bakal nyembuhinnya step by step, mereka juga biasanya ngasih kita salep dan obat minum telan bukan dikasih cream-cream gitu, jadi mereka bener-bener menumpaskan jerawat dari dalam dan luar, bukan menumpuk jerawat aka ngobatin dari luar doang biar gak terlihat tapi hasilnya malah ketergantungan sama produk itu. Lanjut lagi, setelah aku berhasil nyari tau dokter kulit yang bagus, aku nemuin Dokter Kulit di Bogor yang bernama "Ko King Tjoen" beliau dokter yang udah sepuh menurutku, pasti dong jam terbangnya sebagai dokter udah lama banget, dan waktu kita googling tentang beliau pasti banyak banget informasi mengenai beliau dan berbagai macam penghargaannya, percaya lah aku untuk berobat ke beliau. sekedar cerita sih tahun lalu aku sempet berobat ke klinik dokter di surabaya, dan aku lupa namanya wkwkw tapi Dokter King ini malah berhasil menyebutkan setiap nama dokter kulit yang emang praktek disana, dan tetap aja aku gak inget wkwkw, setelah keluar dari ruangannya ku coba lah untuk nyari tau nama dokterku di website resmi, sungguh tak kupercaya klo yang disebutkan sama dokter king tadi ini memang praktek disana, wkwkw. Dokter Ko King Tjoen ini Kliniknya berada di Kimia Farma Bogor, yang beralamatkan JL. Ir. H. Juanda 30, Bogor, Jawa Barat. beliau hanya praktek di hari tertentu aja Senen, Rabu, Jumat mulai pukul setau aku sih tarif untuk konsultasi dengan Dokter Ko King Tjoen dikenakan tarif - menurutku sih kayaknya dilihat dari berapa parah kondisi kulit kita. Akhirnya aku pergi ke klinik tersebut pada hari Senin 03-07-2017, waktu pertama kali datang, kita bakal nulis nama kita untuk di bikinin kartu gitu, lalu kita bakal disuruh nunggu di ruang tunggu yang tersedia untuk dipanggil lagi "ngisi kelengkapan data" disana kita bakal ditanyain berbagai macam pertanyaan, seperti "pakai sabun cuci muka apa, terkahir kali perawatan skincare/dokter dimana, nama dokternya dulu siapa, bab lancar apa enggak, berapa hari sekali, tidur dan bangun jam berapa, pakek kosmetik apa aja, pakek parfum gak, pakai pengharum ruangan gak, jerawatnya gatel, perih ato gimana dll aku lupa" haha. setelah itu kita disuruh nunggu lagi di ruang tunggu depan pintu masuk ruangan dokternya, gak perlu menunggu lama untuk masuk dan konsultasi dengan beliau, dipanggil lah namaku. Di dalem ruangan sana ternyata di skat menjadi 2 ruangan, ruangan pertama ada seorang cowok setengah baya gitu, dia ini tugasnya nerangin resep yang diberikan sama dokter king, yang ruangan kedua ada Dokter Ko King Tjoen beserta Dokter Muda dan asistennya cewek yang tadi nanya-nanyain kita diluar. Menurutku pribadi, dokter king ini gak terlalu banyak ngomong, karna asistennya ini yang selalu jelasin lebih rinci setelah dokter king ngomong, dan asistennya ini juga yang kadang jelasin waktu dokter muda ini meriksa mukaku jadi bingung, dan gak sempet nanya, soalnya asistennya ngomong terus -" dokter mudanya mau ngomong di sela mulu hikss 😭, tapi gak masalah soalnya penjelasannya asistennya juga lumayan detail walaupun kita gak bisa nanya wkwk. Di dalem ruangan dokter king kita bakal ditanyain "Susah tidur gak, bab berapa hari sekali, pakek kosmetik apa aja, dll lupa, abis bingung yang ngomong sela-selaan, dan kita disana dikasih selebaran yang kurang lebih 2-4 lembar yang isinya tetang "Insomnia dan cara nanganinnya, Resep Jamu buat jerawat, Alergi di seluruh bagian tubuh dan berbagai macam barang yang harus di hindari, Macem-macem Jerawat dan cara ngehindarin jerawat + petunjuk perawatan kulit berjerawat dari obat yang dikasih dokternya. karna jerawatku gateliritasi, dokter menyarankan untuk membenahi iritasi diwajahku biar gak gatel-gatel, dan disuruh balik 1 minggu 7hari setelah pengobatan sebelumnya. Setelah keluar dari bilik dokter kong, ada disuruh nunggu diruang tunggu yang di dalem ruangan dokter kong buat dijelasin resep obat dan cara pakainya sama cowok setengah baya itu, nah disana aku bisa nanya-nanya soalnya gak ada yang nyela wkwk, dan pembayaran konsultasi sama dokter kong juga dilakuin disini, aku kena tarif 😀. Dokter King nyaranin aku untuk gak makai Kosmetik sama sekali apapun itu termasuk sunblock biar gak nutup pori-pori kita karena berbagai macam kosmetik itu nutupin pori-pori, gak boleh makek Parfum/Pengharum Pakaian, harus cuci muka pakek Air Mineral iya kalian gak salah baca kok, Air Mineral yang buat minum itu soalnya klo air PDAM, dll itu ada kaporitnya, gak boleh maen hp 1 jam sebelum tidur biar gak insom. Kenapaa dokternya ngebuat berbagai pantangan? menurutku, karna dokter king pengen tau jerawat kita bereaksi klo kena bahan-bahan ini apa enggak. Abis aku dikasih resep, aku nyerahin resep obat tadi ke bagian farmasinya ini yang lumayan lama nunggunya, kira-kira dari setengah enam sampe jam 7an gitu 😴, nah pas jam 1758 aku dipanggil untuk nebus resep, totalnya Rp. dengan total keseluruhan resep Sabun cuci muka, obat minum pagi, obat minum sehari 2x, Salep, sama entah ini air ato apa Botolan Kaca. Terus waktu jam setengah 7an lebih hampir jam 7, aku dipanggil sama pihak apoteker buat ngambil obat yang tadi aku bayar. [AKU GAK NYARANIN KALIAN BELI INI TANPA RESEP / KONSULTASI DENGAN DOKTER YA, KARNA SETIAP WAJAH DAN KELUHAN BERBEDA-BEDA PENANGANAN SERTA REAKSINYA !!!] capslock bukannya jebol, tapi ini peringatan 😂 Ini dia yang aku dapet setelah konsultasi dengan Dr. Ko King Tjoen Ini sabun cuci muka yang aku dapet "Lactacyd Liquid Baby", ini sabun yang multi-fungsi banget, karna bisa buat rambut, badan, dan muka. klo pakek/nuangin ini saran aja nuangnya pelan-pelan jangan nafsu kayak aku, haha. Karna jadinya keluar banyak banget -". Teksturnya cair dan warnanya putih cair, baunya harum banget khas bayi sukakkkkk dan lembut banget waktu di gosokin ke muka. Kedua Aquades, ini aku jujur aja gatau apa wkw entah air, alcohol tapi hak bau alcohol atau apa, ini kegunaannya di totol-tolin ke muka waktu abis cuci muka, sampe kering dengan sendirinya. Ini dipakek 2x sehari, setelah tahap ini, kita lanjut ke tahap ketiga. Ketiga ini Salep "Dermatop cream prednicarbate" salep ini di totol-totolin ke jerawat tipis-tipis gitu, setelah muka kering ditotolin aquades, ini juga sama dipakeknya 2x sehari. Dan terakhir, obat minum pagi yang diminum sehari sekali, dan obat minum yang diminum 2x sehari. NB Di ingetin lagi ya teman-teman, untuk penggunaan produk ini disarankan langsung berkonsultasi dengan ahlinya / dokter untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak di inginkan. Karena setiap orang beda-beda reaksinya, tergantung tingkat keparahan jerawat, alergi, dan kondisi muka + kesehatan masing-masing. First trip was solo, next two were with friends.
